Case Study: 5 Unique Custom Poly Mailers We’ve Made for Our Customers
One of our favourite things about the work we do for our customers is having the ability to create completely customized products for them. It means there’s never any shortage of interesting things to be done and it challenges us to find innovative ways to meet their needs.
It also gives us the opportunity to work in close collaboration with our customers to find ways of bringing their ideas to life and, in many cases, this yields some pretty amazing results.
So, we wanted to share five creative custom poly mailers we’ve helped produce for our customers lately.
1. Viasox
Viasox offers a unique product: the world’s first special diabetic socks designed for sensitive feet. Their socks are created with two things in mind: fashion and practicality.
So, it was only natural that their poly mailers needed to represent that uniqueness.
We worked with Viasox to create a custom-printed mailer that allowed their products to stand out and make a great first impression when they were delivered.
And since Viasox serves a market where ease-of-use is important, we were able to include perforation on the mailers to ensure the recipient was able to easily open the package.
2. Ayylien Clothing
One look at Ayylien’s branding will tell you everything about how intricate and interesting this poly mailer job was.
We worked with Ayylien to create an incredible full-colour process printed mailer that makes a big impression on their customers.
In addition to the visual appeal, this mailer also served to spread the brand’s social media presence by including the web addresses to all of their different social channels.
On top of that, we were able to help them create a consistent print across multiple sizes of poly mailers.
3. Sundance Ski Shop
Sundance Ski Shop reached out to us with a very specific goal: to ensure their poly mailers made a great impression on customers when receiving their purchases.
To make that happen, we were able to undergo a major print job yielding multiple colour prints that make their deliveries stand out from the crowd while conveying its branding clearly and in a visually enticing way. Mission accomplished!
4. The Last Run
When we worked with The Last Run, the poly mailers we helped them create were intended to be a trial run in the market.
Specifically, the print job was a spin-off of another main brand and they wanted to see how it would perform.
But given the fact that it was just a trial, The Last Run was looking for the option to have complete customization while keeping their order size low. After all, there’s no sense in ordering a massive volume of mailers that might not end up being used in the long run.
We were able to utilize our low-volume capabilities to provide them with an amazing custom print without asking them to commit to huge quantities.
5. Valhalla Pure Outfitters
The ultimate outdoor adventure retailer, Valhalla Pure Outfitters came to us with a multifaceted ask for their poly mailers.
First, they wanted to use the print space to promote their social media profiles and grow their following.
Next, they wanted to ensure that returns were made easy for their customers.
Finally, they needed their custom mailers shipped to their multiple warehousing facilities across the country.
To achieve these goals, we created a beautiful custom mailer that included their social media handles. We also incorporated a dual-adhesive system that would make it easy for their end users to return merchandise when needed as well as perforations that would allow for an easy opening experience while also allowing the second strip of adhesive to be accessed.
